Cortina upright - Wilwwod upgrade

Post by McGregor Motorsport » Thu May 29, 2014 8:31 am

Hi guys,

If you want to upgrade your front brakes from the Cortina caliper , I have made some brackets that adapt directly to the upright.

You will need:

McGregor Motorsport adapter brackets
Wilwood calipers - part number 120-8726
you will have to make up a flexi line to suit your setup on your car.

Hi Mark,

I've recently started work on a partially completed Haynes Roadster project that I purchased about 18 months ago. It has Cortina uprights and I am looking for a decent front brake setup for it. The intention will be mainly road use but some track days as well. Do you have these bracket still lying around and who what type of rotors would you recommend? Cheers.

Or Les Hunter Brakes does outlaw calipers that bolt directly to the cortina uprights, with solid or vented disc's. Just fitted some to my car, but yet to go for a drive.

Or from the UK website's, hi spec, rally design, Burton's etc, they can be cheap at the moment. With the exchange rate.
