I might come down for a look - if the weather forecast is correct ;)

The weather was good (cold and misty in Riverton when I left but sunny by the time I got to Invercargill). A very good turnout of cars and two Sevens, one participating, one spectating :)

You should have stayed for the Sprint, The white Fraser arrived to compete - Well driven it was too.

40 odd competitors for both events which was great to see! This sport is growing big time.

I would have liked to stay longer, but had commitments in Riverton in the afternoon so had to get back. Hopefully I'll cross paths eventually ;)

He'll be at the next event on the 18th October most likely. Be good to grab time for a good yarn. Was a bit busy on Sunday!

Thanks for the heads up - I might be able to get there. Another option is the Riverton Car Show the previous day. I'm planning to attend - and some of the (other) Gore Vintage Car Club cars should be coming along too. Cost is $10 per car or $5 if you pre-register.

Well, the weather turned on well for the Riverton Show day :) After torrential rain the previous day and overnight, a cloudy start turned into a sunny (if breezy) afternoon. Crowds of people and over 300 cars, but only one Seven :(
