This was going to be my target - road legal or not, I figured as long as it was able to pass scrutineering, I could borrow a trailer and have some fun. Unfortunately my mate chose the 20th for his wedding up North. Isn't it typical?

Hiw in considerate some people are ! I even had the wife keen until she found out the date was or wedding anniversary and the following is a daughters birthday - some people have no luck !!! Hopefully next year

Do you have any further info on this event? times etc? I was going to zip up with my camera and do some research. I see there is a round the lake relay the same day so traffic will be a busy.

Start at about 8am on the 20th and then spend all day with my fingers crossed hoping that my gearbox doesnt finally drop its guts and finish at about 4pm.

sorry about the quality, camera mount was loose. So much fun on rooted tyres that don't warm up until the last lap, gotta love that under steer

Nice shot of my car on the grass. Was such a fun day at the track as it always is. Was much better once the car/driver settled into it after lunch and not spinning each session!

Was a great weekend. Gearbox hung in there! Oil filter was about 2 turns away from falling off at one point! Lucky someone pointed out my puddle under the car!

Fastest lap was 1.20.6! Need an LSD and new tyres!
